Health, Our most Basic Right?

Post  Admin on Mon Aug 18, 2008 11:36 pm

Before 2001 the most influential political lobbies were pharmaceutical companies. The World Health Organisation and the IMF have provided big pharma with a global political vehicle to forward their agenda which aims to reduce the availability of natural therapies while increasing the production of pharmaceuticals that have proven complications and side effects. The aim is to remove the age old traditional medical practices and put in place a drug system in which the large companies have complete control over our health and ultimately our lives.

Take a look at this article from the BBC in April 2008:
Vitamins 'may shorten your life'

The article does not convey the dangerous position we place ourselves in if we let pharmaceutical companies control what we take to 'improve' health, however it does give an inside to what is happening.
